Which gives me the file dx90updatesdk.exe.

I created a new directory, unzipped to there, and ran
the installer.

I can see the interface in one of the header files in
the include directory, but it still won't compile.

I'm now trying a Clean and Rebuild All to see if maybe
it's just something goofy with the incremental build.
