[netPanzer-Devel] notice for devs: libphysfs issues

Hi,

I added a c++ wrapper for libphysfs (http://www.icculus.org/physfs/) and 
rewrote the colortable cache to use this code. Unfortunately the current 
physfs version(0.1.8) has a bug, so that the config/cache directory isn't 
created. So either get the cvs version of libphysfs or manually create
the $HOME/.netpanzer/netpanzer directory.
