[netPanzer-Devel] PATH: rewriten sound

Rewriten sound from DirectSound to SDL and improve code.
Sound is working now.
Sorted sound files can be download from
http://kvik.sh.cvut.cz/~fidlej/public/sound.tar.gz
These are replacement the sfx directory, put them beside.

I don't have write access to project on savannah.nongnu.org
If you can add me, my username is fidlej.
