[Nmh-workers] Ditch autoconf selection of pager?

I see that "more" is part of POSIX:

Right now we can configure the default pager via --with-pager; I'm wondering
if we should simply get rid of this configure option.  I suspect almost nobody
uses it.  I propose we hardcode a default of "more".

To be clear: I still think we should support "moreproc" in .mh_profile.
If there is no moreproc we fall back to PAGER.  I'm only proposing getting
rid of the autoconf options.
