Great!

I'm wondering if we want to have some way to change the command run based
on whether or not we're running under -concat or -noconcat.  I idly considered
a %-escape like is done for other things, but maybe we need two profile
entries?  One for the -concat and one for the -noconcat case?  I can think
of other uses for that as well.
