Another update,
Some fixes in the graphic design by Maite, now it looks better
and is easier to read.
Some work on the Localizer's guide, in the tutorial. Sections
"Localizer" and "LocalContent" improved, section "LocalFolder"
added.
To finish the guide it remains to add an example to the tutorial
and to look at the "for Python programmers" chapter. As usual
feedback is welcomed.
