Follow-up Comment #25, bug #29057 (project octave):
The line colors are cycled through in the order defined by the order defined
by the parent axes "colororder" property.
If we'd like to have the ability to cycle through markers, I recommend a
"markerorder" property be defined for the axes objects.
However, this is a different topic and should be discussed on the maintainers
email list.
