[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #37863] crash when using keyboard and calling octave <file>

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #37863 (project octave):

installed octave-stats for that function. not sure if this is considered an
external package or not.
i do get the following warning whenever i run octave:

warning: function /usr/share/octave/packages/statistics-1.1.3/fstat.m shadows
a core library function

as for upgrading to 3.6.3, i'm using the version i get when i run apt-get in
Ubuntu, so i'm going to wait with a manual upgrade (unless they are going to
upgrade the epel repository).
