[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #38564] llvm 3.2 does not provide required header

Follow-up Comment #11, bug #38564 (project octave):

I looked at this a bit more.  The problem is not with the
LLVM_LIBS =
line.  It is due to the fact that the path to the libs somehow
is not found.  But, when I di some editing and then, I think,
put everything back, it worked!!

Right now I have very little time (lectures to prepare)...
But, I will try to locate the problem when I can.  Anyone who
may know the environment setup better is welcome to go ahead!
