Do you build natively (Windows) or cross (on Linux)?

A build fresh MXE v.0.0.11 clone stops while (cross-)building Octave,
complaining about 
install.oct: "dlname is empty in dldfcn/__delaunayn__.la!"
AFAICS Octave had already been compiled, but installing it in the tree goes
wrong.

A dist target I made yesterday has the same fate, while it got built
flawlessly in MXE-0.0.3.

I think I'll ask on the maintainers list later today.
