Follow-up Comment #5, bug #41070 (project octave):

I see nothing wrong with displaying the GPL as part of the installation
process.  The installer doesn't require the user to accept the license in
order to proceed with the installation.  It's merely notifying the user that
the software is covered by the terms of the GPL.

Does the installer force the use of the words "License Agreement" on this
page?
