Follow-up Comment #6, bug #41070 (project octave):
Ah, I misread this screenshot. I suppose no change is necessary. How about
shortening the text to the usual, "GNU Octave is free software; you can
distribute [etc]" instead of the full GPL text? So that at least this displays
something useful that might actually have a chance of getting read by the
user.
