Follow-up Comment #30, bug #32120 (project octave):

I did attempt to use USE_BLASWRAP. I got an "abort()" error, which I traced to
a dlsym() error for "slamc3_", which is odd, because that function does exist.
I bypassed the abort() call and was able to get Octave to load, but I've not
done further testing yet. I will continue.
