Details:

MXE build downloaded from http://mxeoctave.osuv.de/
GS 9.14 and Epstool 3.08, installed in:
C:\gs\gs9.14
C:\epstool-3.08
Both included in the path before starting Octave


graphics_toolkit fltk
plot(randn(10,1), "o-")
grid on
print -dsvg testplot.svg


The line is not shown in the printed plot.
Markers and grid lines are ok.
It does work with previous versions of Octave (including MXE build of 3.8.0),
and it still works when the graphics_toolkit is gnuplot.

The result is the same from the GUI and from the command line interface, and
for any graphic format (SVG, EPS, PNG, etc.)
