Follow-up Comment #14, bug #43319 (project octave): Of course you're right, 64-bit indexing is a special setting. Building with mxe-octave is required then for --enable-64. Does the QtHandlesUtils.cc patch also work for 32-bit systems? The patch fixes the original cause for the failure of --enable-64 builds in my original report.
