Follow-up Comment #7, bug #44380 (project octave):
On 64-bit Octave 3.8.2 on Windows, I find that the memory limit is stretched
to 1.45 GB rather than being under 1 GB. I tested by allocating large matrices
after using "clear", and checking memory utilization with "whos".
