[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #44447] build_packages errors in MXE-Octave

Follow-up Comment #13, bug #44447 (project octave):

I've just sent out a call for updated Octave Forge packages.

The current list of released packages that do not compile with 4.0.0-rc1 are:

* communications-1.2.0
* control-2.6.6
* dicom-0.1.1
* image-2.2.2
* linear-algebra-2.2.0
* odepkg-0.8.4
* windows-1.2.1

Linear-algebra-2.2.1 has been released and does work with 4.0, but see patch
#8602.

See also bug #41131 for another Windows installation error affecting the
netcdf, odepkg, and windows packages.
