Follow-up Comment #1, bug #45302 (project octave):

I checked the problem myself. I've to increase the linewidth to 30 20 or 10 
to see a difference in the exported plots. Whats bugging me right know is that
depending the dataformat to export one needs different linewidths to see equal
resulting linewidths in the different dataformats. I think there is a scaling
problem, since the plots in the octave figures seem to change their linewidth
to multiples of that in the exported files eps, svg, png, ... etc.
