Follow-up Comment #9, bug #45456 (project octave): On further investigation, apparently their input is limited to the value of hue: carandraug: one last check. Could you tell me what "hsv2rgb ([.5 -5 .5])" and "hsv2rgb ([-.5 .5 .5])" return too?
