Follow-up Comment #92, bug #46795 (project octave):

The attached patches fix the crash on my Windows 7. The order for applying the
patches is

0 backout_e8c3590da9ff_v3.patch  (backing out my patch)
0 bug_46795_v5.patch   (backing out the use of QMessagebox)

If you can confirm that these patches are working, can we then close the
report? The remaining issue (changing directory when setting a breakpoint or
running a file, which is not in the path, is not updated in the gui) is not
related to the extension of the dbstop features.
