Details:

I wanted to build a version that I could use with gdb, but the packaging into
a distribution fails.

Looking at nsis.log in the dist/ directory, the tail end is


File: "libgeos_c-1.dll"
Internal compiler error #12345: error mmapping file (2141068735, 1021871) is
out of range.

Note: you may have one or two (large) stale temporary file(s)
left in your temporary directory (Generally this only happens on Windows 9x).
