Follow-up Comment #27, bug #43099 (project octave):

I noticed that non ascii characters saved as utf8 are not compatible between
on 4.0.x and 4.1.0+ on the octave editor.

I can transfer them using  other editors (e.g notepad++) via clipboard.

Does some other person see this?
