[Octave-bug-tracker] [bug #49118] GUI editor cannot run file in folder name with umlaut

Follow-up Comment #20, bug #49118 (project octave):

My builds take more than one hour currently. Could you copy-paste me some
sample commands of "configure" and "make" with the options you normally use to
speed things up? Especially those Cxx flags, I have never used before. Neither
pipe nor cchache. (I'm still during the first build process, I needed to
restart because of bug #49039, I will now re-apply the corresponding patch
each time.)
