Follow-up Comment #7, bug #49626 (project octave):
Thanks John, it's working fine.
I had to download manually io package (why??) and gsl package (as expected),
and could install gsl package.
I had some warnings, which I will report.
Why did you use gsl version 1.16 and not 2.21?
I think that's the reason for some missing functions.
