Follow-up Comment #2, bug #50359 (project octave):

I think this is just a misunderstanding of what is meant by the help for the
function isnull. It seems pretty clear to me, but maybe some small
clarifications could be added to make it more explicit. I agree that the docs,
tests, and examples are correct as stated.
