Follow-up Comment #3:

I think it would be highly useful if "pkg install ARGUMENT" checked ARGUMENT
against a regexp to see whether it looks like a URL or not. The user should
not need to differentiate with a "-url" option, since a URL is easily
differentiable on its own.
