Follow-up Comment #9, bug #52757 (project octave):

Dmitri: Regarding the Fedora bug report, Octave does not directly link with
multiple BLAS libraries as Susi seems to imply.  But we do link to other
libraries provided by Fedora packages that link with other BLAS libraries,
correct?  So, it seems like Fedora packaging should come up with a policy so
that the user is allowed to chose a single BLAS implementation no matter what
libraries are linked.  I mean, how are we supposed to fix that problem?
