Rik,

Just about the GPL license. The one I found on 
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.en.html
is Version 3, 29 June 2007. Pretty minor changes, I 
think. But it is what the GLP3 folks recommend.

I will take a screen dump, or otherwise show the
vertical bars. They are not dark, but distracting.
They could also be texinfo version dependent. If you
do not see them and not worth delaying 4.4 release
in any case.
