Follow-up Comment #109, bug #49053 (project octave): Ben Abbot, if I remember correctly, sschoeps had problems with my original per-figure scaling patch. I never had time to iterate back and forth and see why it seemed to work flawlessly on my machine, but not on his. I think I concluded that both of my screens were HiDPI, but of different resolutions.
