Follow-up Comment #5, bug #53744 (project octave):

What version of Qt is your system building with?  E.g., use grep on the
config.log file:


build1 # grep "Qt GUI" config.log
  Build Octave Qt GUI:                  yes (version: 5)


Also, do the "Home" and "End" keys still function similar to what the Ctrl+A
and Ctrl+E keys are expected to do?
