Follow-up Comment #24:
The attached patch fixes both this bug and failing getframe tests. The idea is
to make sure grapĥics_toolkit::initialize/finalize methods are ran
synchronously. The patch is not ready to be pushed since I need to find a way
to re-lock the mutex in the interpreter thread if it was previously locked
(and I don't know how to do that ATM).
Can you test the patch?
