Ok, so you are seeing the warning message in the command window:


warning: time stamp for '/.../dummy.m' is in the future
...


Yes I think that should be a separate bug report, and probably needs details
of the type of your file system, whether it is a disk or a thumb drive or a
network drive, and what the actual time stamp is reported as in the system
file browser.
