Most of the stuffs in the extra/ subdir either are disabled, or do not compile.
What's missing in this part is some extra configure checks to disable things
not supported. For instance, the graceplot/ should not be compiled as MSVC
do not support fork(). I didn't pay too much attention to that part up to now.
Separating octave-forge into subpackages is a good idea, however I'd probably
need to write a script to generate the NSI file from the octave-forge source
dir, instead of hardcoding everything.

This version is compiled with optimization turned on. It should be faster than
the previous ones.
