You might want to check the status of many of the functions listed
there. Just with a quick look I found that

cholupdate qrinsert qrdelete qrupdate ezcontour ezcontourf ezmesh
ezmeshc ezplot3 ezpolar ezsurf ezsurfc  

are listed and are all in the 3.1.x tree..
