Maybe you can check if this is a fltk problem, or fltk_backrnd problem?
can you obtain the fltk 1.1 test aplpications? If you do not have them
installed, you can downlad the fltk 1.1. distro, compile without
installing and run the test applications. There are several OpenGL
test applications -- see if they are OK.
