it adds a matlab compatible interface to the biconjugate gradient solver
function bicg.m from octave-forge
and moves it to Octave-core as it was listed as a missing function in
http://wiki.octave.org/wiki.pl?Projects
is there any reason why this patch was not applied? Is it OK if I push it?
