uigetfile for Qt

I just noticed the following changeset:

For the record, there was already an implementation in QtHandles [1] that also supports uiputfile and uigetdir. A quick look in the changeset above shows that the implementation is different (mine was using the same system as FLTK), but maybe there are parts that can be salvage.
