I'm trying to verify that things still build correctly with the release candidate, then I'm planning to create a stable branch in mxe-octave that will be used for the 3.8.0 release.
I just tried again and the libgcrypt build worked. I don't know what the difference was. If it happens again, I'll try to debug it.
