hmm … I decided to make a more proper test and tried ...

        rm libinterp/corefcn/oct-tex-parser.h
        make

… and I now get the same error.

libinterp/corefcn/oct-tex-lexer.ll:65:10: fatal error: 'oct-tex-parser.h' file 
not found
#include "oct-tex-parser.h”
