Details:

This patch (which depends on https://savannah.gnu.org/patch/?8991) adds a new
function "profexport".  This allows to export profiler data as HTML, which can
then be explored in a browser.

The form is very rough, but this can be iterated on in the future.  It would
even be possible to add diagrams or other fancy stuff, and this could be used
to display profiler data in the Qt UI.
