I seem to remember we ended up limiting the size of the DOD when processing the rendered images and filling with black

Right now, the library won't let you save or load

anything.

Why do you need image files with no pixels?

We post-process renders to set the data window to bound the non-black
region of the frame. It saves a little bit of disk space and makes life much easier in compositing as the images come into Shake with their DODs
already set.

I have been setting the data window to a 1x1 black pixel but we hit a
bug in Shake concerning small DODs, so I was just wondering if there was
a way to explicitly mark the file as empty.
