For what color model, and what colorspace (defining the primaries, 
tone response curve, blackpoint and whitepoint)?

In general, the answer is: no, because you haven't specified enough parameters.

Of course, once you know the colorspace you need, you can work out 
the color values from the spectra for each MacBeth square and the 
lightsource.
