they're both there, and are owned by root root

/var/log/vsd.log is empty, but /var/log/vsd.log.1 and vsd.log.2 are logging all kinds of things, however there's nothing logged when I do a bevs

Here' the contents of my vsd.conf... it looks pretty good to me...
