I find by experiment that the headers still show up when I read the 
article back from the newsgroup, using pan 0.13.2.91, thus:

On (almost) the same subject, it would be nice to move the "Don't add 
User-Agent header" checkbox to the individual profiles, rather than 
leaving it to be checked every time you post a message.
