[Pan-users] Sort glitch still there...

Well, message sorting is better in 0.13.2.91, but it's still not
perfect...   Still getting stuff like:

some message 01-image.jpg
some message !01-image.jpg
some message 02-image.jpg
some message !02-image.jpg

the ! is used to indicate an index file and is NOT a useless character
(hence my asking for just a plain old ascii sort, that might be smart
enough to ignore a leading Re: - though I do like the ability to sort
things ignoring leading non-alphas while grouping the non-alphas
together properly).

I'm also getting some weirdness like:

some message (100+5) some image name
some message (70+3) some image name
some message (90+4) some image name
some message (100+5) some other image name
some message (110+5) some image name

seemed to be semi-random with the stuff at the end, though shouldn't all
of the "1" things sort together?  or if you're doing some kind of
grouping to look for numbers, shouldn't the second (100+5) thing at
least have sorted up after the first one?  Much weirdness, anyway.
