Tarballs are up now, contributed binaries are welcomed,
and the general announcement will go out tomorrow.
Also, I'm looking for a volunteer to work on scoring documentation,
to distill http://xnews.newsguy.com/manual.html#score and
http://alcor.concordia.ca/topics/netnews/slrn/doc/faq-score.html
into a Pan-centric document.

What is Pan?
Pan is a newsreader which attempts to be pleasing to both new
and experienced users. In addition to the standard newsreader
features, Pan also supports yEnc, offline newsreading, article
filtering, multiple connections, and more features for power
users and alt.binaries fans.
It's also the only Unix newsreader to get a perfect score on
the Good Net-Keeping Seal of Approval evaluations.
About 0.13.90
This is the first beta of 0.14.0, which adds support for
slrn/XNews scorefiles and adds GUIs for editing an article's
scores and creating new ones!
