FWIW, in a case such as this, you can generally mine the cache for the message 
in question.  It should be under ~/.pan/data/ whatever.  Perhaps the easiest 
way to find it from there would be to do a file search on content.

..  Just loaded the group and message into the latest beta, 0.14.90, and it 
doesn't crash here (Linux 2.4.21 kernel.org kernel, KDE 3.1.2, Mandrake 9.2 
Cooker last updated about a week ago, as my mirror is having problems).  
Thus, the problem seems to be fixed.  If anyone is interested, here are the 
rest of the headers as received here..
