apparently, the "Delete Group's Articles" command no longer works.   I
press it, the articles get deleted, but when I quit and reopen pan,
they're back.

actually, now that I'm testing it, it seems that NO article deletion is
working (well, sticking).  back to .14 for me..

The same thing is happening to me, as well.  It's very frustrating, as is the 
"Header pane loses focus after deletion" bug as well.  On my days off this 
week, I think I'm going to try to get CVS working (last time I tried nothing 
would compile, I think due to automake/autoconf version conflicts, which 
should now be resolvable on my Mdk Cooker), and see if it's fixed there.  If 
that doesn't work and another release isn't out yet, it'll be back to .0 
stable for me as well..
