[Pan-users] Transferring newsgroup subscriptions from existing server to a new one?

Due to my ISP not providing a news server, I often hop from one open server
to another until they are closed.

My question is how do I transfer the list of subscribed newsgroups from an
existing server to a new one?  I understand that the news article counts may
not match between servers, but I just need the newsgroups transferred,
that's all.
