Tricky since apparently the GUI for adding that filter doesn't quite work
as expected. Just add the following to your ~/.pan/score file:

%BOS
[^gmane\.]
Score: =-9999
%Expires:
   Xref: gmane.spam.detected
%EOS

..and poof goes the spam :)
